The shipping of your parcel

Parcels are shipped within 72h after reception of your payment.

Shipment charges include packing, handling and postage.

As an example, for shipment outside of France to Europe, costs are computed with the global amount of the order like this:

Standard shipment is PostExport handed without signature.

We'll supply as soon as possible a number in order to track online the delivery of your parcel.

We suggest to group your purchases together in only one order to reduce costs. We won't be able to group together 2 distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for both.

Parcels are protected and packed with care.

Returns

You have 14 jours to return your parcel.

Return is at your expense and a participation for postage will be asked for re-shipping (for an echange in case of size mistake for example).

If you want to be refunded, it would be done under 14 days as legal.
